1kgraw chicken wings
2tablespoonsolive oil

3minced garlic cloves

Instructions
Remove completely the feathers from the fresh chicken wings. Next, add lemon on their skins so that quit any odor remained. Then, wash thoroughly.
If you wish, separate drumettes, flats (wingettes) and tips. Localize the joints and cut with a sharp knife.
Blend in a large bowl, garlic, black pepper, salt and vinegar. Then, put the chicken wings in it. Coat the wings' skin with the mixture.
Coat completely with flour (optional).
Spray oil on the chicken wings.
Place the wings in the air fryer basket, spacing them out in a single layer, and cook for 20 minutes at 400ºF (204ºC). Use tongs to flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
For extra crispy skin, cook for 5 minutes more. When the skin turns brown and golden, stop the cooking process.
Serve with a dipping sauce and enjoy!
