Instructions
First, wash and rinse the chicken wings very well.
Then, if you desire separate drumettes, flats (wingettes), and tips. Aside, in a large bowl mix salt, garlic, black pepper, and vinegar.
Transfer the pieces into the bowl and coat with the seasoning blend.
Separately, mix eggs and coat the chicken wings.

For salad
Wash and disinfect lettuce, then slice it. Likewise, chop tomatoes into slices and place them into a large bowl, adding salt and lemon juice on top. Mix very well.
