Ingredients

  • 1 kg wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 eggs

For salad

  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • First, wash and rinse the chicken wings very well.
  • Then, if you desire separate drumettes, flats (wingettes), and tips. Aside, in a large bowl mix salt, garlic, black pepper, and vinegar.
  • Transfer the pieces into the bowl and coat with the seasoning blend.
  • Separately, mix eggs and coat the chicken wings.
  • Next, cover them with ground bread. Remove the excess ground bread shaking the wings.
  • Spray oil onto the pieces.
  • Accommodate in a single layer the chicken wings into the air fryer basket. Cook at 400ºF (204ºC) for 20 minutes. Flip them with tongs and when they become brown, stop it.
  • Serve your air fryer breaded chicken wings with french fries, tomatoes and lettuce salad, and dipping sauce or mayonnaise. Enjoy!

For salad

  • Wash and disinfect lettuce, then slice it. Likewise, chop tomatoes into slices and place them into a large bowl, adding salt and lemon juice on top. Mix very well.
