Ingredients

  • 1 kg raw chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken wings thoroughly.
  • If you wish, separate drumettes, flats (wingettes) and tips. Localize the joints and cut with a sharp knife.
  • Combine garlic, black pepper, old bay seasoning, salt, and honey in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken wings with this mixture.
  • Then coat with flour. Spray oil on all wings.
  • Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket spacing them in a single layer and cooking them at 400ºF (204ºC) for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking.
  • Cook another 5 minutes for extra crispy skin.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce and celery sticks. Enjoy!
