Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, shred them and put them in a large bowl of water.
  • Then, percolate the shredded potatoes to remove all water.
  • Next, combine them with onion, egg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix everything very well together so that it sticks together.
  • With the mixture, form balls and flatten them to form patties. Once they are shaped, place them in a tray.
  • Later, spray oil on the basket.
  • In the next step, place the patties in the air fryer basket at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes. Make sure you flip them once so they cook on both sides. To make them extra crispy, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until they become golden brown.
  • Lastly, serve and enjoy!
