Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Instructions

  • Quit all feathers remained. Then scrub lemon juice onto the chicken wings. Next, wash very well.
  • This is an optional stage, separate drumettes, flats and tips.
  • Mix in a large bowl black pepper, garlic, salt, vinegar, and paprika.
  • Transfer the pieces of wings into the bowl and coat with the mixture of seasonings.
  • Next, spray oil over the seasoned chicken wings.
  • Transfer to the air fryer basket, accommodate in a single layer leaving space to circulate hot air. Then insert it and adjust the temperature at 400ºF (204ºC). Cook for 20 minutes flipping the pieces once.
