Instructions

  • Remove the frozen egg rolls from their packaging. Before frying, there is no need to thaw them.
  • Spread them out into a single layer. Since they've already been fried, they already have oil on them.
  • Set at 340ºF (170ºC) for 10 minutes, turn them over halfway through cooking. To make the frozen egg rolls crispier, cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Do not stack them in the basket.
  • Serve your air fryer frozen egg rolls with soy ginger sauce, and enjoy!
