Ingredients

  • 1 fresh chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 2 ground garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup finely ground bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • non-stick cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  • Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly. After that, cut it into thick fillets.
  • Create molds with parchment paper by drawing dinosaur bodies and cutting their borders.
  • Then, press the paper molds onto the breast fillets. With the knife, carefully cut the dinosaur shapes using the paper templates.
  • As soon as you have the dinosaur figures of chicken, prepare the seasoning mixture. Combine vinegar, garlic, black pepper and salt.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture over the dino chicken nuggets.
  • Then, coat the dino nuggets with flour.
  • Next, whisk eggs and cover them.
  • Afterward, coat them with ground bread.
  • Transfer them to the air fryer and add cooking spray.
  • Cook at 400ºF ( 204ºC) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. In order for nuggets to become crispy, check when they become golden brown and if necessary add 1-2 extra minutes.
