Ingredients

  • 2 Russet potatoes (or sweet potatoes)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray
  • salt
  • minced black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse potatoes, cut them with a mandoline slicer or sharp knife. In this case, the slices can be thick.
  • Drizzle oil onto the potato slices and add a small amount of minced black pepper.
  • Place them inside the air fryer basket at 400ºF (204ºC) for 5 minutes, but arrange a layer evenly. Then turn the slices and cook for 5 minutes more, here you can add onion or parsley. For a crunchy texture leave them cooking for 5 minutes more.
  • Remove air fryer potato slices with tongs, and place them on a plate. Enjoy!
