Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh chicken wings or around 8 wings
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Quit all feathers remained. Then scrub lemon juice onto the chicken wings. Next, rinse them very well. Remove the tips if you wish.
