Ingredients

  • 2 fresh red skin potatoes
  • non-stick cooking oil spray or olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • sprinkle of ground black pepper

Instructions

  • First, preheat the air fryer at 400ºF (204ºC).
  • Meanwhile wash and rinse very well the red potatoes, take their skin if you desire it, then cut them into wedges. Probably it will give you 6 or 8 wedges depending on the potato size.
  • Put them into a bowl and blend with salt, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and season them. Spread olive oil on wedges.
  • Add all inside the air fryer basket.
  • Leave them cook for around 7 minutes, and afterward pull out the basket. Flip the red wedges and cook for 8 minutes more.
  • Serve your air fryer potato wedges with ketchup or dipping sauce.
