Ingredients

  • 4 raw and fresh boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ teaspoon minced black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • olive oil or non-stick cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar optional
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning optional
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse the chicken thighs thoroughly. Rub a lemon over them and then rinse.
  • If you have bone-in thighs, remove the chicken bones.
  • Combine salt, black pepper, garlic, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Then scrub the pieces to incorporate all the flavors.
  • Sprinkle oil over the boneless skinless chicken thighs and arrange them in the air fryer basket/rack. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook at 400ºF (204ºC) for 18 minutes, flipping them halfway. When they turn golden brown or cooked through, retire them.
