Ingredients

  • 4 thin-cut pork chops
  • pinch of salt
  • a hint of minced black pepper
  • 3 ground garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  • Rinse the pork chops thoroughly.
  • Combine all seasonings, including black pepper, garlic, Maggie sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and salt.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture onto the pork chops and marinate to absorb all flavors.
  • Fry at 400ºF (204ºC) for 5 minutes, flipping halfway and checking doneness or until browning. You'll also notice that the juices are clear. According to the air fryer you have, cooking times may vary.
  • Serve with salad, potatoes or rice, and enjoy!
