Ingredients

  • 2 fresh Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sprinkle ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder or grated

Instructions

  • First, preheat the air fryer to 400 ºF (204ºC).
  • Meanwhile wash and rinse very well the potatoes, take their skin if you desire it, then cut them into wedges. Probably it will give you 6 or 8 wedges depending on the potato size.
  • Put them into a bowl and blend with salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, paprika, and mix them. Spread olive oil on wedges.
  • Add the mixture inside the fryer basket.
  • Leave them for around 7 minutes, afterward pull out the basket. Flip wedges and cook for 8 minutes more. If you want to gratin your potatoes, then add cheese in the last 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve your air fryer potato wedges with ketchup or dipping sauce.
