Instructions
Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
Separate drumettes, flats (wingettes), and tips if you wish. Localize the joints and cut with a sharp knife.
Mix together the garlic, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Transfer the chicken wings into it. Coat the wings with the mixture.
Spray the chicken wings with oil.
Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry the wings at 400ºF (204ºC) for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
Cook for 5 minutes more to get an extra crispy outer layer.
