Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen potstickers, gyoza, mandu or wonton dumplings
  • dipping sauce packets
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Take out the frozen potstickers or dumplings from the bag. It is not necessary to thaw them.
  • Spray oil over the frozen potstickers to prevent them from sticking together.
  • Transfer them to the air fryer basket. Lay them out in a single layer, leaving space between potstickers.
  • Cook at 360ºF (182ºC) for 8 minutes. Pull the basket out and turn them over halfway through cooking. This will ensure that the potstickers are cooked evenly. If you would like them crispier, air fry 2-4 minutes longer and they will become golden brown.
  • Cook in batches for small air fryers.
  • Meanwhile, place the sauce packets in a water bath to warm.
  • Serve with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
