Ingredients

  • 4 frozen raw fish fillets
  • non-stick cooking spray or olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon teaspoon ground oregano
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Let the raw fish fillets thaw overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, blend garlic, black pepper, vinegar, oregano and salt. Then, rub the fish fillets.
  • Spritz the tilapia fish fillets with oil or spread butter over them.
  • Put the raw fish fillets in the air fryer at 390ºF (199ºC) and cook for 10 minutes, turn the fillets over halfway through cooking with tongs. Maintain an eye on the process until they're perfectly cooked. According to the air fryer you have, cooking times may vary.
  • Meanwhile, wash and disinfect lettuce, then slice it. Likewise, chop tomatoes into slices and place them into a large bowl, adding salt and lemon juice on top. Mix very well.
  • Serve with salad. Enjoy!
