Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 raw and fresh chicken breast
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • olive oil

Extra ingredients

  • 1 spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse the chicken breast thoroughly. Rub a lemon over them and then rinse.
  • Remove the chicken's bones, cut the breasts into fillets, and smash them. You can get 4 large fillets from a whole breast.
  • Combine salt, black pepper, garlic, Maggi seasoning, English sauce and vinegar. Marinate the chicken breast fillets in the marinade, then scrub them to incorporate all the flavors.
  • As a next step, coat the breasts in flour, press it into the breasts. You can shake each piece to allow any excess to drip off.
  • Then break the egg into a separate recipient and whisk it. Dip the chicken breasts and immediately cover them with ground bread on another plate.
  • Sprinkle oil over the chicken breast pieces and arrange them in the air fryer basket/rack. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook at 400ºF (204ºC) for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway. When they turn golden brown, they are ready.
  • To prepare the garnish: wash spinach, tomatoes, onion and lemon. Slice tomatoes and onions.
  • Serve your breaded chicken breast fillets, placing mayonnaise, pieces of lemon, tomatoes, onion and spinach. Enjoy!
