Ingredients

  • 450 g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk or olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Remove the cauliflower florets from the freezer. Do not thaw them.
  • Place them into the air fryer basket/rack, set the temperature at 380ºF (193ºC) and fry for 9 minutes. Avoid stuffing the basket. Next, drain the liquid that remains below the basket.
  • After pulling the basket, spread buttermilk over the cauliflower florets and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Flip everything over to combine all flavors and cook evenly. This step is so they can better absorb the seasonings after they have thawed.
  • Place the basket back, fry for 9 minutes. Keep an eye on it depending on how you like the cauliflower and the air fryer power.
