Despite its appearance, this recipe is not as tough as it seems. Once you have cooked baked potatoes in the air fryer, potato skins are even easier to cook. This is a great side dish and can be stuffed with whatever you like. Following is a detailed description of the process:

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh Russet potatoes
  • non-stick cooking spray or olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 250 g manchego cheese

Instructions

  • Scrub, wash, and soak very well potatoes. Meanwhile preheat at 400ºC (204ºC). Before making skins, bake the potatoes.
  • Spread oil and season them with salt and black pepper. Then, place into the basket of the fryer and cook for 25 minutes, flip them once.
  • Next, with a fork prick a hot potato if it slips easily, take potatoes out.
  • Later, slice potatoes into halves. Then, scoop out some of the flesh from the potatoes.
  • Season the skins with salt, and load potato skins with cheese and chopped green pepper. Put them into the basket at 400ºF (204ºC) for 5 minutes, when they are gratin the potato skins are ready.
  • Serve with cream or your favorite dressing above them, and enjoy!
