Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • pinch of salt
  • a hint of minced black pepper
  • 3 ground garlic cloves
  • pinch of ground clove or oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk

Instructions

  • Rinse the salmon fillets thoroughly.
  • Preheat the oven at 400ºF (204ºC).
  • Combine all seasonings, including black pepper, garlic, Maggie sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and salt.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture onto the salmon fillets and marinate to absorb all flavors. Spread out buttermilk onto the salmon. Place them on the oven tray.
  • Bake at 400ºF (204ºC) for 10-15 minutes, checking doneness after 10 minutes, or until browning. With a fork, you'll also notice salmon flakes.
  • Serve with, salad, potatoes or rice, and enjoy!
