Ingredients
4salmon fillets
pinch of salt
a hint of minced black pepper
3ground garlic cloves
pinch of ground clove or oregano
1tablespoonMaggi sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonvinegar

Instructions
Rinse the salmon fillets thoroughly.
Preheat the oven at 400ºF (204ºC).
Combine all seasonings, including black pepper, garlic, Maggie sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and salt.
Rub the seasoning mixture onto the salmon fillets and marinate to absorb all flavors. Spread out buttermilk onto the salmon. Place them on the oven tray.
Bake at 400ºF (204ºC) for 10-15 minutes, checking doneness after 10 minutes, or until browning. With a fork, you'll also notice salmon flakes.
Serve with, salad, potatoes or rice, and enjoy!
