Ingredients:
- 6 slices of white bread (crusts removed)
- 3-4 tablespoons of Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Butter or oil spray (for greasing the air fryer basket)
- Optional: powdered sugar or syrup for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the bread:
- Remove the crusts from each slice of bread, and use a rolling pin to flatten the slices.
- Add Nutella:
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of Nutella on one end of each flattened slice of bread, then roll the bread up tightly to form a roll.
- Prepare the egg mixture:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip the roll-ups:
- Dip each Nutella-filled roll-up into the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer:
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter or oil spray. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 2-3 minutes.
- Air fry the roll-ups:
- Place the coated roll-ups in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Remove the roll-ups from the air fryer, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with syrup if desired, and serve warm.
