Ingredients:
- 1 lb (about 20) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 10 strips of bacon, cut in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting off the stems and any yellow or damaged leaves. Slice them in half if they are large.
- Season the Sprouts:
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
