Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts – A Mouthwatering Appetizer

A delicious bite-sized treat combining crispy bacon with tender Brussels sprouts! These air fryer bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts are perfect as an appetizer or snack. They’re savory, smoky, and incredibly easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (about 20) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 10 strips of bacon, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks (soaked in water for 10 minutes)

Instructions

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting off the stems and any yellow or damaged leaves. Slice them in half if they are large.

Season the Sprouts:

  • In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Wrap in Bacon:

  • Wrap each sprout with half a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Arrange and Cook:

  • Place the bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are tender.
