This Air Fryer Gnocchi is a quick and delicious way to enjoy crispy, golden gnocchi without the hassle of frying. Ingredients:

  • 1 package of store-bought gnocchi (about 500g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan, garlic powder, or herbs for extra flavor

Instructions:

Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Gnocchi
Boil the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Once they float to the surface, remove them from the water and drain well.
