This Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie is a perfect twist on a classic fall favorite! It has a creamy, spiced pumpkin filling with a buttery, flaky crust. Made conveniently in the air fryer, it’s a quicker, easier way to enjoy a delicious homemade dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp salt
- Whipped cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.
Prepare the Crust:
Roll out your pie crust and place it in a 6-inch pie dish that fits into the air fryer. Press the crust evenly into the dish and trim any excess around the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Mix the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
Pour the Filling:
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
Air Fry the Pie:
Carefully place the pie dish in the air fryer basket. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. If the crust starts to brown too quickly, cover the edges with aluminum foil.
Cool the Pie:
Once cooked, remove the pie from the air fryer and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
Serve:
Slice and serve with whipped cream for a delicious finish!
Enjoy your easy, flavorful Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie!
