Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce (plus extra for topping)

- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prep the Peppers:
- Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
