These Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers are a quick and delicious way to enjoy a classic comfort food with a crispy twist. Bell peppers are filled with a flavorful mixture of ground meat, rice, and seasonings, then cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a tender, juicy, and slightly charred finish. Ingredients:

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Peppers:
    • Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Filling:
