- 2-3 lb top round roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Prepare the roast: Pat the top round roast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the roast, then season it with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasonings into the meat.
Air fry the roast: Place the seasoned roast in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes to sear the outside, creating a golden-brown crust.
