Crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside—these Air Fryer Yorkshire Puddings are the perfect side dish for your Sunday roast or any special meal! With a golden-brown finish and quick cooking time, they’re easier than ever to make in your air fryer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or beef drippings

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

2. Prepare the Batter:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  • Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually pour in the milk, continuing to whisk until you have a lump-free, runny batter.
  • Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes to ensure fluffier puddings.

3. Heat the Oil:

  • Add about 1 teaspoon of oil or beef drippings into each cup of a silicone muffin mold (or ramekins that fit in your air fryer).
  • Place the molds into the air fryer basket and heat for 5 minutes until the oil is sizzling hot.

4. Pour the Batter:

  • Carefully pour the batter into the preheated molds, filling each cup about halfway.

5. Cook the Puddings:

  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Remove the puddings from the molds and serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy!
