Ingredients

  • 14 frozen pierogies
  • olive oil or butter

  • 1 onion

Instructions

  • Take the pierogies out of the package.
  • Optional step: cut onion into thin slices. Apply butter or drizzle olive oil to the pierogies before tossing them with onion slices.
  • Spread them out in the air fryer basket/rack. Make sure not to overfill, and cook in batches if necessary.
  • Set the air fryer at 400ºF (204ºC) for 8 minutes, flipping them over once around 4 minutes, with tongs or shaking the basket. Leave them for 2 minutes longer if you want them crispy.
  • Serve with sour cream. Bon appetite!
