Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced black pepper
  • 2 cups ground bread
  • 2 eggs

Extra

  • ranch dipping sauce

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
  • Separate drumettes, flats (wingettes), and tips if you wish. Localize the joints and cut with a sharp knife.
  • Lay each piece out on a cutting board. Cut the bond horizontally, flip it over, and then cut again. Remove the bone and cut off the attached meat.
  • Combine garlic, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Transfer the chicken wings to it. Mix the spices together and coat the wings.
  • Then, stir the eggs in a bowl and coat the chicken wings with the mixture.
  • Cover the bread with ground bread, shaking it to remove any excess.
  • After that, sprinkle olive oil on the chicken wings or spray the air fryer basket with it before frying.
  • Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer in the basket or on the rack. Cook the wings at 400ºF (204ºC) for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Cook for 5 minutes more to get an extra crispy outer layer.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce, salad or lettuce and enjoy!
