Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork chops cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes. Preheating ensures the pork starts cooking immediately, which helps with browning and texture.

Step 2: Prepare the Pork

  • While the air fryer is preheating, pat the pork chop pieces dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and promotes a crispier finish. Then, place the pork in a large bowl.

Step 3: Season the Pork

  • Drizzle the pork with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the pork and toss until all pieces are well coated.

Step 4: Air Fry the Pork

  • Arrange the pork bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd—work in batches if needed. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The pork should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, side dish, or over rice or salad.
