Here’s how to make the best air fried frozen broccoli with a slight touch of good taste you’ll love. Include this green vegetable in your diet and reap its benefits. Broccoli is a good source of fiber, vitamins, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, and iron.
Ingredients
- 450 g/1 lb frozen broccoli
- 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional: for a stronger taste use ground black pepper instead of chicken seasoning. But for me, chicken seasoning for veggies is my favorite.
You can add only salt and chicken seasoning to get a very delicious flavor without adding butter or oil.
Equipment
- Digital air fryer
Instructions
1. Take out the frozen broccoli florets. There is no need to thaw them.
2. Place them into the air fryer basket/rack, set the temperature at 380ºF (193ºC) and fry for 4 minutes. I recommend not stuffing the basket.
3. Upon pulling the basket, you will spread butter over the broccoli florets and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Flip everything over to combine all flavors and cook evenly. This step is so they can better absorb the seasonings after they have thawed.
4. Place the basket back, fry for 5-6 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
