Ingredients

  • 1 raw fresh fish
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  • Combine ground black pepper, minced garlic and salt. Then, season the fish with the mixture of flavors.
  • Next, cut the fish sticks/fingers carefully, trying to get them all the same size.
  • Coat the fish sticks/fingers with flour, shaking off the excess.
  • Stir an egg in a small bowl, and then dip fish sticks in it.
  • Spread out breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the fish sticks perfectly.
  • Once you have finished breading all fish sticks, spray oil into the air fryer basket. Then, place them into the basket.
  • Cook them at 400ºF/204ºC for 5 minutes, flip them, and cook for 5 more minutes. Check until golden brown.
