1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
2. Separate drumettes, flats (wingettes), and tips if you wish. Localize the joints and cut with a sharp knife.
3. Lay each piece out on a cutting board. Cut the bond horizontally, flip it over, and then cut again. Remove the bone and cut off the attached meat.
4. Combine garlic, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Transfer the chicken wings to it. Mix the spices together and coat the wings.
5. Then, stir the eggs in a bowl and coat the chicken wings with the mixture.
6. Cover the bread with ground bread, shaking it to remove any excess.
7. After that, sprinkle olive oil on the chicken wings or spray the air fryer basket with it before frying.
8. Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer in the basket or on the rack. Cook the wings at 400ºF (204ºC) for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
9. Cook for 5 minutes more to get an extra crispy outer layer.
