    • Hi Robert,
      Good observation in the ingredient section. Occasionally, I use it to get an extra crisp texture (in very small amounts before putting any food into the air fryer) or to keep the food from sticking to the basket. However, if the meat has some fat, it is not necessary to use it.
      For the kielbasa, you can simply fry it without oil. I wrote it down as an error in the ingredients section, but it was not mentioned in the directions.
      Alternatively, if you wish to add another ingredient to enhance its flavor, you can rub the kielbasa and place it directly in the air fryer.
